1. Frame: solid welded box structure, flat and vertical. The steel plates and profiles are treated with rust removal and stress relief to ensure stability and rigidity, meet the needs of high-speed drawing, and prevent vibration.
2. Transmission system: Each machine adopts variable frequency motor + high-efficiency V-belt + inverted shaft transmission, and the motor is installed vertically.
3. Reel: 235b steel integral casting, tempering treatment, surface spraying tungsten carbide (thickness ≥ 0.4mm), hardness HRC58-62, inner surface spraying aluminum for rust and scale prevention.
4. Cooling: reel narrow slit water cooling, wire drawing die forced water cooling, die box without water seepage. The cooling water connection uses hoses and sealing devices to prevent lubricants and dust from contaminating the circulating water.
5. Machine: The front is equipped with water, electricity, gas control buttons and instruments (including pressure regulating valve, ball valve, etc.), equipped with emergency stop wire pull switch, automatic stop when wire breaks, and can be run at any time.
6. Gas circuit: External compressed air enters the equipment after filtering moisture and impurities through the gas source treatment unit.
7. Speedometer: It has the function of meter and speedometer, real-time display of speed, and supports fixed-length pulling, preset length, automatic deceleration, and fixed-length parking.
Quality Assurance
1. The inverter, PLC, and low-voltage components are guaranteed for one year (from commissioning) or 18 months (from factory).
2. The motor and sensor are guaranteed for one year (from factory).
3. The reel coating is guaranteed for three years and replaced with a new one if damaged.
4. The mechanical parts are guaranteed for one year (from commissioning).
5. Wearing parts (such as the first OTO friction plate and the shelling machine alloy rod) are not included in the warranty.
