1. Frame: Solid welded box structure, flat and vertical, rust-removed and stress-relieved to meet the needs of high-speed drawing.
2. Transmission system: Direct drive with variable frequency motor + 4-slot B-type belt + synchronous belt.
3. Tower pulley: integrally cast with 235b steel, inlaid with hard alloy (thickness ≥3.5 mm) on the surface, hardness HRC88-92.
4. Water tank: Three-layer waterproof design (mechanical seal, waterproof cover, skeleton seal) is adopted, and a leak is set to prevent water from flowing into the bearing.
5. Cooling: The wire drawing die is cooled by lubricating water, circulating cooling method, and overflow port is set.
6. Machine: Electric and gas control buttons and instruments are set on the front, and the human-machine interface can set production parameters and query fault information.
7. Speedometer and meter: It has meter and speed meter functions, supports fixed-length drawing, preset length, automatic deceleration, and fixed-length parking.
Quality Assurance
1. The inverter, PLC, and low-voltage components are guaranteed for one year (from commissioning) or 18 months (from factory).
2. The motor and sensor are guaranteed for one year (from factory).
3. The tower wheel coating is guaranteed for three years and replaced with a new one if damaged.
4. The mechanical parts are guaranteed for one year (from commissioning).
