Product Introduction
This machine is belongs to auxiliary equipment of wire drawing production line which it is adopted to discharge heavy draw wires automatically.
It is mainly included mechanical machine's shelf, decelerate constitution, motor, fixed spools reels, straight constitution, drive system, electric inverter control system and small go-cart etc.
Compared with the ordinary take-up machine, the sizing module is added to improve the straightness of the steel wire.
Its capstan is sprayed with tungsten carbide, and the coating thickness reaches 0.45mm.
And the equipment has a self-locking function, a digital meter, and can achieve automatic cutting.
After the wire groove take-up machine is used in the wire drawing machine, it can realize continuous and uninterrupted production and improve production efficiency.
