Product Introduction

The use of a horizontal continuous wire drawing machine to produce wire effectively reduces wire bending, overcomes wire torsion, and improves the straightness of wire products.

The horizontal straight wire drawing machine is mainly composed of an inlet guide wheel, a drawing die box, a drawing drum, a reducer, and a motor.The motor is connected to the wire drawing drum through a reducer, resulting in better transmission efficiency.
1.Wire pay off system.  
The wire pay-off system already includes a heavy-duty pay-off reel capable of carrying 2 tons of wire, and the height of the rack can be designed according to customer requirements.
2.Shelling and rust removal device.
The wire pay-off system is equipped with a peeling and rust removal device, and we can also equip an independent peeling and rust removal machine.
3.Wire drawing die box.  
The first mechanical wire drawing mold box adopts a water-cooled mold box and uses a double mold to make it easier for the wire surface to adhere wire drawing powder, which can improve the drawing effect.
4.Wire drawing drum.
The wire drawing drum has undergone surface treatment with sprayed tungsten carbide, with a drum diameter of 550 mm.
5.Tension device.
The tension of the wire between the two wire drawing drums is automatically adjusted by the pneumatic tension arm.
6.Rotating mold box.  
Except for the first drum, all drums of the machinery use rotating die boxes to ensure the quality of wire drawing.
7.Motor.  
All motors are made of famous Chinese brands, with a wire drawing drum motor of 22kw and a wire take up motor of 15kw.
8.Gear Box.
The machinery adopts ZLY model hard tooth surface gearbox, which has good transmission effect and long service life.
9.Trunk wire take up machine (Coiler).
The machinery is equipped with trunk wire take up machine (Coiler) , which can also be equipped with spool wire take-up machine (Spooler).
10.Control cabinet.
The display screen of the control cabinet can display mechanical operation data, and the operating system includes both Chinese and English.
11.Electrical cabinet.  
The inverter and other electrical appliances in the electrical cabinet also use famous Chinese brands, and the power of the inverter matches.
