Machine Advantages
Wire pay-off system.
The spool paying off adopts a damping paying off frame, and the tray is equipped with a constant tension device to control the paying off tension, so as to make the steel wire walk smoothly and stably.
Natural gas online annealing furnace.
It adopts natural gas eye brick annealing furnace, box steel structure, segmented bolt assembly of furnace body, welded steel structure of furnace body shell, good overall sealing performance, segmented assembly, reducing on-site installation time.
Water cooling tank.
The cooling tank is used to control the temperature when the steel wire enters the pickling tank, ensure the stability of pickling tank work and clean the impurities on the steel wire surface.
Environmental acid washing.
Turbulent smokeless pickling is an advanced pickling technology. The steel wire cleaning process is in a completely closed pickling space, which is suitable for the rapid cleaning process of steel wire and meets the speed requirements of hot galvanizing.
Water cleaning tank.
The secondary overflow cleaning method is adopted to eliminate the residual impurities and residual liquid in the steel wire cloth. The cleaning room is made of 20 mm thick high-strength PP material.
Wire drying.
The drying of wire rod is completed by heating the flue gas in the baking plate, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
Zinc ingot.
We can provide zinc ingots, and customers can also purchase zinc ingots from China or their own countries.
Zinc pot.
Zinc pot is welded with 08 steel zinc pot special plate and has natural gas external heating structure. The temperature of zinc pot is controlled by corrosion-resistant thermocouple.
Wire take-up system.
The take-up system adopts trunk take-up machine, and the winding is stable. The diameter of the take-up drum can be customized.
Finished hot dip galvanized wire.
The finished hot-dip galvanized wire can be weighed directly and wrapped with plastic film.
